Under Chef Shaun Hergatt, this aesthetically unique Manhattan restaurant takes diners on a journey of evolving flavors through a seasonal menu that showcases the bounty of the harvest and ingredients at their finest. Some delectable gems include Hudson Valley foie gras, artichoke ravioli, Montauk striper and a variety of innovative desserts by Pastry Chef Mina Pizarro. Diners can choose to experience Chef Hergatt’s cuisine via a six- or four-course tasting menu of their choice, or enjoy a ten-course prix fixe designed by the chef.
Derived from the Latin word for “June,” representing the heart of the growing season, Juni is a 50-seat Flatiron restaurant that delivers an intimate dining experience with fresh, inventive flavors. Ingredients are hand-selected from trusted local farms and foragers, and proudly prepared with minimal manipulation, so as to preserve each ingredient’s natural beauty and flavor on the plate.
